I specialize in individual psychotherapy for adult women; utilizing an approach that is collaborative, relational, and depth-oriented. 

I work with clients in Wheat Ridge to connect and understand all the different parts of themselves, navigate life transitions, explore how their past influences their present, increase emotion regulation, and restore hope.  

Together, we will listen to your nervous system by noticing how it responds when we touch on the different parts of your life.  Through that noticing, we can work together to undo aloneness, anxiety, grief, depression, attachment wounds, trauma, low self-worth, anger, and shame.
